This is a great find!
This Hippe Chick outer layer is perfect to get your little one outdoors. 
It is lightweight, 100% breathable & waterproof.  The seams are also tapered. It comes with a small bag that it can be stored into. 
This shell can be worn over clothing for full head (with hoodie) to feet coverage. 
It says it is size 3 to 4, however, the previous owner's child wore it when they were 2. 
This looks like it has hardly been worn, in fact, it looks brand new.
